When you create an account, place an order or contact support, we may process contact details, delivery address, date of birth or age-verification results, order history and technical logs needed to operate the storefront.

• Age or identity checks are handled by an approved independent provider. We retain the verification outcome and audit fields required for the transaction where possible.
• Access is limited to operational, legal, fraud-prevention and support needs. Payment card data is processed by the payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
• We may share information with carriers, tax or PACT reporting partners, and regulators when required by law for eligible remote sales.
• Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct or delete certain personal information. Submit requests through the contact page.
• We use essential cookies and similar technology for session, cart and security. Analytics tags run only when configured for the live storefront.
