Eligibility is determined for the exact product and destination—not from a general sitewide assumption.
Age and identity
Checkout uses an approved independent verification provider. The website age gate is not proof of eligibility.
Destination eligibility
Availability is evaluated against the submitted street address, product restrictions and supported carrier service.
Tax and reporting
Applicable registration, excise tax, PACT Act reporting and recordkeeping controls must pass before an order proceeds.
